Kim Greenfeld

Kim Greenfeld is founder of Campo Verde Solutions, a Needham, Mass.-based consulting firm to the organic and natural food industry, with a primary focus on private label programs. Kim is also a former retailer, having spent more than 20 years at companies such as Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Markets. As the Coordinator of Buying at Trader Joe’s, she opened Trader Joe’s East resourcing all perishable items from local East Coast vendors. At Whole Foods, she introduced nearly 1000 items in a four- year period to help Whole Foods expand its natural and organic private label set into unique, value-added items. Kim is a dedicated “foodie” who makes food her work and her hobby!

Matthew Saline

Matthew A. Saline is the founder and CEO of Mambo Sprouts Marketing, a large-scale marketing and publishing firm that creates and distributes quarterly newsletters, client-branded newsletters and in-store promotional and direct mail coupon programs. Matthew also runs the company’s research arm MamboTrak, an online survey engine that provides consumer insight. Founded in 1996, Matthew conceived of Mambo Sprouts during a visit to a local natural foods store, when he noticed that there were no in-store promotional programs geared toward the natural/organic consumer. Judith Dodd

Judith L. Dodd, MS, RD, LDN, is the corporate nutritionist for Pittsburgh, Pa.-based Giant Eagle Supermarkets and an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh. Along with her practice, she is active in volunteer leadership. Judy served as the president of the American Dietetic Association, and is currently is the chairman-elect of the American Dietetic Association Foundation. In 2004 she received a Medallion Award by the association and in 2008 received its top honor, the Marjorie Hulsizer Copher Award. Judy is known as a speaker, a consultant and a teacher with experience internationally as well as throughout North America.

Ruth Kinzey

Ruth Kinzey, MA, is founder and president of The Kinzey Company (www.kinzeycompany.com). For the past 30 years, Ruth has helped organizations protect and enhance their reputations through communication strategy development and implementation.
Spending a third of her career in grocery retail, she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Communication and Public Affairs for Stop & Shop/Giant-Landover.
Ruth possesses experience in corporate social responsibility, consumer affairs, community relations, government affairs, media relations, internal communication and investor relations.
Ruth is an author, serves on the College of Charleston’s Communication Advisory Council, and is a guest editorialist for the U.S. Chamber’s Business Civic Leadership Center. The Business Journal carries her monthly column on corporate reputation.
